In 2014, owner and general manager Robin Petersen reimagined his restaurant and created BLEND Restaurant and Bar. Robin started his career in a professional kitchen when he was 15 years old and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming an Executive Chef in the very restaurant he now proudly owns.
By the age of 21, Robin discovered his passion for business and realized it could extend far beyond his skills in the kitchen. With this vision in mind, he purchased the restaurant now cherished as BLEND Restaurant and Bar. Robin's goal from the outset was to create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere where guests could enjoy delicious food paired with exceptional service.
Today, Robin strives to make BLEND feel like home for every guest. He takes deep pride in his restaurant and the incredible team behind it, ensuring every experience is memorable.
Beyond the restaurant, Robin is passionate about giving back to his community. His longstanding involvement in fundraisers, charities, and various events has contributed significantly to the growth and betterment of The Battlefords.
When not in the restaurant, Robin enjoys entertaining family and friends with unique culinary experiences, spending sunny days by the lake, or exploring new and exotic destinations around the globe.
